Dear Sir/Madams

Please allowed me to introduce my self, My name is Peter Spyros Goudas and I run a food organization in Canada for the last 50 years. 

In my career as a food producer, I was able to create more 1250 food products well known in Canada and overseas.  Under several brands including Mr. Goudas.

Food production is one of the most complicated issues. and had to be under the umbrella of the CFIA who is the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
I am very happy to inform you that n my life spam I never had an (A1)  food recall from CANADA, the USA, or any other country around the world. 

To be able to achieve that, I had to train myself, the people working with me, and under me to have the qualification and be able to fulfill the responsibility to create the best product the world has ever known. 

In the packaging and Canning Process there several departments including microbiology, chemists, sealing and packaging specialists, nutrition evaluation, packaging and labor designers, market researches,  government adviser, food surveyors, quality control personal,  production evaluators and the list never end.
Everyone including the processing factory I am dealing with has to have Certifications of, HACCP, CFIA Registration, Kosher Certification, Organic Certification, Environmental Certification, and in this insist Nation Wide Canning Ltd. have all these certificates in Excellent Standing.

However, their personnel is very much qualified on the day in and day out process. 

They are well trained, reliable, and focus on their responsibilities. 

My request is referring to Maria Esther Rustrian  Fonseca, who is responsible for the daily activity in the Canning Process of Nation Wide Canning to Produce not only for me under my brands but also for many other privet labels brands. 

She is working under the umbrella of Annie Finaldi for 16 years; her experience in quality control is an asset not only to herself but to the company as well.

People like Maria is very important in this country and I would like to request the Canadian Government to Grant the Permit Permanent Resident to Canada, so she can be a valuable asset to our country.
