His music brought hours of listening and dancing pleasure to many. 
Today his music has become collector items that will live forever.

We asked Spyros Peter Goudas how is he familiar with Caribbean music when, in reality, he is a food producer?

He simply suggested that we scan his biography, The Immigrant, for the years 1970's and 80's and discovered that the produced a radio program and had one of the most popular Caribbean night clubs in the history of Canada, The 813 Club. 
In addition to his participation in the original CARIBANA festival, and his book titled, One Caribana Story.

Maybe we all know that Christopher Columbus discovered the Caribbean (The West Indies) over five hundred years ago. But Spyros Peter explored and introduced the culture to the world five hundred years later.

In fact, every year for many years Black History Month is celebrated during the month of February focusing on the achievements of black personalities. 

However, the trend was broken on February, 2013,
when The Jamaican Express Newspaper wrote an article titled,
How Canada Would Be Without Mr. Goudas.
