Follow the smell of our freshly baked bread! Every day at Valmont, our bakers bake bread, muffins and pastries from renowned bakeries Boulart and Au Pain Doré. For those who love bread made with organic flour, Boulangerie Arhoma prepares and bakes delicious handmade bread using Meunerie la Milanaise flour delivered daily. 

Each day at Valmont, our butchers select the best beef to offer you a variety of cuts like filet mignon, strip loin steak, flank steak, top sirloin steak and prime rib. Want to try a recipe that you saw on TV and that requires a specific cut? Can’t find it at the meat counter? Ask one of our butchers who will gladly prepare it for you. 

With our specialty grocery store and gourmet products ranging from meat, fruits and vegetables, cheese, cold cuts and baked goods, we make your life easier by allowing you to make all your purchases under one roof. That is why we also carry daily products and staple food for your pantry such as fruit juice, cream, milk, pasta, spices, oil, yogurt, flour, sugar and chips in our various locations.

The Chef

Demonstration

Each week the chef prepares recipes in front of you, that you can enjoy on-site and reproduce at home. The ingredients necessary for each recipe are placed right next to the kitchen so that you don’t need to look for them. All recipes will be available on our website.
